Designing platforms that turn complexity into clarity and business value.

I lead design at platform scale, operating at the intersection of design, product, and engineering to build systems that serve many teams at once.

About me
-

I’m currently Senior Director of Design for Condé Nast’s global Publishing Platform, responsible for the systems, tools, and front-end experiences that support thousands of editors and some of the world’s most recognised brands.

My work focuses on creating ownership where it’s fragmented, direction where it’s vague, and raising experience quality where it’s drifted.

How I work
-

Clarity over noise
I don’t assume understanding. I rely on user insight, data, and technical context to reduce uncertainty and make better decisions.

Systems, not fragments
I focus on platforms and patterns that scale across teams, rather than one-off solutions that create future drag.

Quality as a business lever
Experience quality isn’t a finishing step. At scale, it directly shapes engagement, trust, and commercial outcomes.

Where I’ve done this
-

My work has centred on global platforms used by thousands of editors, supporting 25 brands across 68 sites and 20 markets.

This has included leading through organisational change, raising experience quality at scale, and helping platforms move from internal enablers to active business drivers.

Brands include Vogue, GQ, Wired, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, and Architectural Digest.
